Through the Chamonix Valley Convention Bureau, the destination offers a structured and comprehensive range of services to ensure an authentic and unique experience: three major event venues, over 2,500 hotel rooms (from 2* to 5*) and a wide range of exceptional activities available all year round.

Privileged access.
Its geographical location at the crossroads of France, Italy and Switzerland makes it one of the most accessible mountain destinations:
– By plane: Just 1h15 from Geneva International Airport (GVA).
– By car: Direct access via the Autoroute Blanche (A40).
– By train: TGV links to Annecy, Bellegarde, Geneva (CH) and Lausanne (CH).

– Iconic 5* hotels for exclusive board meetings
– A wide choice of 4* and 3* hotels equipped with meeting rooms
– Hybrid and lifestyle concepts for large-scale seminars

Event infrastructures
1. Le Majestic: Conference centre in a former belle-époque palace in the heart of the city (8 rooms, up to 360 people for conferences).

3. EMC2 (Espace Michel Croz 2): A modern 292-seat auditorium in the town centre.

Incentive & Team building activities

  • Winter: Skiing, snowshoeing, introduction to biathlon, the legendary Vallée Blanche descent, etc.
  • Summer: Hiking, white water sports, mountain biking, paragliding, etc.
  • All year round: glacier hiking, multi-activity challenges, visits to iconic sites (Aiguille du Midi, Mont-Blanc tramway, Montenvers train), well-being, shopping and Savoyard gastronomy.
  • Choosing the Chamonix Valley means offering your projects the power of a world-famous site, a reputation built around three fundamental pillars

A captivating and inspiring natural environment: offer your staff an area of adventure at the foot of Mont Blanc. With its spectacular scenery, striking verticality and thousand-year-old glaciers, Chamonix’s natural environment provides the backdrop for memorable experiences and a powerful lever for cohesion.

An extraordinary history in motion: Draw on a prestigious heritage where Belle Époque architecture rubs shoulders with modern infrastructure. Chamonix is constantly reinventing its services, combining heritage and innovation to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

A lively, cosmopolitan capital: Open all year round, the town has a vibrancy that is rare in the mountains. With its Alpine lifestyle, arts and crafts and dynamic cultural life, Chamonix offers a real quality of life in the heart of the Alps, with lively streets, spas and Michelin-starred restaurants.
