Built in 1927, this magnificent villa is an example of Art Deco architecture, with its arched ironwork and staircase exhibited in Paris at the 1925 International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts. With an area of over 600 m², the villa is spacious and comfortable, with generous communal areas for gathering and luxurious bedrooms for relaxing.
