Whether you’re organising a business meeting, a seminar or a large-scale event (up to 300 people), you’ll be delighted with the facilities. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, pétanque pitch, molki, sauna, karaoke, mountain bikes, board games and mini football are just some of the facilities you’ll enjoy during your event.

The team offers you a turnkey, all-inclusive solution including meals, drinks, accommodation and entertainment that will be defined according to the objectives of your stay.

For your meetings, the numerous function rooms (6 in total) will enable you to organise large-scale events (up to 300 people) as well as small group work meetings. From May to September, atypical meeting rooms in the heart of the park (e.g. by the pool, under the hundred-year-old trees) are available for an exclusive experience and to develop your creativity.

Are you a wine lover? The sommelier can also organise wine-related activities! If you’re a food lover, the chef can also organise a culinary event where you can work together to prepare a dish or a full menu.

Accommodation and catering at Château des Ayes

Up to 65 people can be accommodated in the Château’s rooms and suites. These accommodations can be supplemented with atypical accommodation in the heart of the park (e.g. skydome, on request).

In the restaurant, the chef offers seasonal cuisine using local produce. Whether it’s a brunch, sit-down meal, buffet or cocktail party, the teams will create a tailor-made gastronomic offer.

The restaurant can accommodate seated meals for up to 300 people.

During the summer months, you can enjoy the terraces overlooking the park and swimming pool.

The CSR dimension is essential for our establishment

That’s why they mainly select their suppliers from short supply chains. They do not use plastic products for your meals, welcome coffee, etc. Only sustainable glassware and crockery is used, even for very large events. The beer served to you is brewed in the village of the château, and the seasonal fruit and vegetables are grown by a market gardener who is also in the village and whom they call on as much as possible according to the season. The establishment has been renovated and decorated by an upholsterer and interior designer who has her workshop in an outbuilding of the château.
