Espace De L’Ouest Lyonnais

The Espace de l’Ouest Lyonnais (EOL) is a conference center reserved for businesses and associations, located in a 2-hectare park in Lyon, close to the motorway network and the city center. It has a 300-seat amphitheater, equipped with a giant screen, a video projector, a sound system, and a technical control room, ideal for presentations, debates, or shows.

It also offers two adjoining reception rooms, Marlioz room (200 m²) and Revard room (150 m²), which can accommodate up to 250 people for cocktails, buffets, or seated meals. Finally, it provides 15 modular and air-conditioned subcommittee rooms, capable of hosting between 10 and 80 people for meetings, workshops, or training sessions.

The Espace de l’Ouest Lyonnais provides seminar organizers with a personalized and professional service, with a team dedicated to reception, advice, and follow-up of events. It also ensures catering on site with its partner caterer Biõz Traiteur Événementiel, who offers organic and local cuisine adapted to the needs and wishes of each client.

It also facilitates accommodation with its partner hotels located near the conference center: the Novotel Lyon Gerland Musée des Confluences (4 stars), the Campanile Lyon Centre Part-Dieu (3 stars), or the B&B Hôtel Lyon Centre Part-Dieu Gambetta (2 stars).
