You will be able to benefit from all that is necessary to guarantee the success of your event: an exceptional setting, quality catering, meeting rooms and an experienced team at your disposal to help you personalize your project.
In terms of meeting rooms, the Volcan de Lemptégy has two fully equipped spaces for your seminars.
The first room, with a surface area of 240m², is equipped with two 85″ televisions on removable stands, a “Clickshare” system, a modular space that can accommodate a podium, chairs and tables, a paper-board and Wi-Fi access. This room also includes a 100m² space with a bar for small meetings.
The second room is 87m² and is equipped with a 2.35m x 1.80m wall-mounted projection screen, a video projector, chairs and tables, a flip chart and Wi-Fi access. It is also possible to rent outdoor spaces such as the heart of the volcano, the meadow or the mini-forest, for a unique and original experience.
As far as catering is concerned, the Volcan de Lemptégy offers a luminous room of 200m² that can accommodate up to 180 guests. To best meet your needs, different culinary services are offered depending on the theme and the course of your event.
You will be able to choose between sweet or savory breaks and snacks, a traditional lunch served at the table or a meal “on the go”, a “country” buffet or an elaborate cocktail, a gala dinner or a convivial thematic evening.
The truffade, a regional specialty, can be cooked and served in a giant pan for a minimum of 80 people, an ideal option for convivial events.
Finally, the Volcan de Lemptégy team is at your disposal to help you organize a customized event. The site is ideal for corporate gatherings such as seminars, conferences, study days, team building or corporate events.
