Il piatto sets the tone, friendly and sunny cuisine, emphasis on products, polpette, parmigiana della mama, pizzas with the oven “falto in Naples”, gnoccetti Gorgonzola and walnuts, Pici cacio e pepe in its wheel of pecorino, risotto with its carpaccio al gambero rosso and our Italian fondue with 5 cheeses of which we reveal only the Castelmagno and the Fontina
