Le Grand Réfectoire

Located in the heart of the Grand Hôtel-Dieu, a historical monument of the city, the Grand Réfectoire is a gastronomic restaurant directed by the starred chef Marcel Ravin. It invites you to live a unique culinary experience, between plate and architecture, past and present.

The Grand Réfectoire occupies the former refectory of the nuns, a 342 m² space steeped in more than 250 years of history. You will be dazzled by its majestic vaults, its imposing stained glass window and its refined decoration.
