Entirely renovated, a soothing atmosphere with vintage inspirations now awaits Lyonnais and travelers looking for a warm pied-à-terre to recharge their batteries in the heart of the capital of Gaul.

The hotel Le Phénix has managed to preserve its historical assets while modernizing itself. The old Florentine hotel combines tradition and modernity in the heart of the Saint-Paul district in Old Lyon, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Based on fresh and seasonal products, the menu evolves according to the desires and inspirations of Camille, the restaurant’s chef. For lunch, it is based on a classic formula of starter, main course and dessert and is composed of dishes to share in the evening.
